I like to know about whether that this rule actually still apply?
The issue is that I seen chiakaifong speaking in capslock everyday, and pretty much doomknight01 doesn't seem to do anything about it too.
If this rule doesn't apply, it might be as well as removed.
If the rule still apply, then I hope that you guys will warn chiakaifong at least once. He been speaking in capslock everyday, no one cared.
